Hourly Service Option: If selecting our hourly rate, you agree that billing will be finalized upon service completion.

Liability Waiver and Release

General Release: You acknowledge that Assembly Smart provides services at your direction and in your home. By engaging our services, you waive any right to bring a legal claim against Assembly Smart, its employees, or contractors for injuries, property damage, or other losses resulting from our services
No Liability for Manufacturer Errors: Assembly Smart is not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from manufacturing defects, faulty equipment, or any misuse post-assembly. Any adjustments made to assembled items after our service are at the client’s risk.
Assumption of Risk: You assume all risks associated with product assembly in your home, including any risks to children, pets, and property. Assembly Smart makes every effort to ensure safety and functionality; however, inherent risks may still be present.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Assembly Smart be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of such possibilities. Our maximum liability, in any case, shall not exceed the total fees paid for the service provided.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Assembly Smart and its agents, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our website or services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.
